Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FlowYoga (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and FlowYoga (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

2. Description of Service

FlowYoga is a personalized yoga session generator powered by artificial intelligence. The App allows you to:

  • Generate unique yoga flows tailored to your style, duration, difficulty, and focus area.
  • Follow guided sessions with pose-by-pose instructions and timers.
  • Receive AI-powered coaching for pose modifications and form tips.
  • Explore yoga styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative.

3. Account Registration

To use FlowYoga, you must create an account using a valid email address or through Apple or Google sign-in. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

FlowYoga offers both free and premium (“Pro”) tiers:

  • The free tier provides access to basic yoga flow generation with limited session styles and durations.
  • The Pro subscription unlocks unlimited flow generation, all yoga styles (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative), the hands-free AI yoga coach, and priority support.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FlowYoga to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its AI systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s servers, networks, or infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App outside of its intended interface.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and all related materials, is owned by FlowYoga and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your user-generated content (saved sessions, preferences), but grant us a limited license to process and store it as necessary to provide the service.

7. AI-Generated Content

FlowYoga uses AI services to generate yoga sessions, pose instructions, and coaching suggestions. While we strive to provide helpful and accurate content, AI-generated material may occasionally be inaccurate or not fully suited to your needs. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated yoga sessions and coaching tips are provided for informational and fitness purposes only and do not constitute professional medical or physiotherapy advice.
  • You are solely responsible for practicing safely and listening to your body during sessions.
  • If you have injuries or health conditions, please consult a healthcare professional before using the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowYoga and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, at our sole discretion, is harmful to other users or the service. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
